The river Shannon view from my room was fine, and the spacious double room felt cozy. I loved how big and comfortable the bed was. Made sleeping a real pleasure. Breakfast was good with good variety. I encountered a few issues. The room had only one firm pillow, and it could have benefited from a couple of softer ones. The lack of a spoon for my tea and the very limited view from the window were also quite disappointing. Even though the staff were friendly, the service felt a bit slow during breakfast rush. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, but some details in the room could use more attention. Would I return? For sure, as long as they address these few inconveniences.

A lovely experience in Cryans, with a warm welcome and attentive staff, especially Mary, who took great care of my mum after her fall. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and we enjoyed a delicious Sunday lunch with perfectly cooked turkey and ham. The location by the river added to the overall charm.
